Meet the 2023 Willy Wonka and Matilda Cast Members
Ella Anderson
Ella is entering 7th grade at the Innovation School in Bismarck. This is her first time on Sleepy Hollow's stage, but she has appeared in multiple productions before moving from New Jersey in 2020. When Ella isn't doing theater, she enjoys Dance and Writing/playing music. She wants to thank Sleepy Hollow for this opportunity!
Kirna Anderson
Kirna has participated in theater for the past nine years. Some of her favorite roles include Ado Annie from "Oklahoma" and Cat in the Hat from "Seussical the Musical." Outside of theater, she enjoys participating in student council, National Honor Society, and her school's vocal jazz ensemble.
Kylah Anderson
Kylah has been involved in theatre since she was 7 years old. This is her second show with Sleepy Hollow and her 15th show overall. She will be a freshman next year and is excited to continue her theatre journey.
Marcos Archuleta
Marcos will be a freshman at Legacy High School. This is his third year with Sleepy Hollow and cannot be more excited about it! He enjoys speech, theater, and hanging with his friends. Marcos would like to thank his parents for pushing him to be the best that he can be.
Jadon Banks
Jadon Banks is entering his freshman year. He has participated in drama club and one of his favorite things to do is collect comic books. You may remember him from Sleepy Hollow’s 2022 show, The Little Mermaid Jr. as Sebastian.
Charlee Beto
Charlee developed a passion for theatre at the young age of five and is currently in her fifth show at Sleepy Hollow. In 2022, she was recognized for her exceptional talent, positive attitude, and work ethic with the Gypsy Award. Charlee continues to impress with her dedication and leadership at Sleepy Hollow.
Rachael Bosch
Rachael has six years of stage experience. Notable roles include Chris in Carrie and Ursula in The Little Mermaid. Matilda marks her 17th show. Rachael deeply appreciates her parents' support and is grateful for the meaningful connections made through her theatrical journey.
Zoe Bosch
Zoe, has been with Sleepy Hollow since last year's performance of The Little Mermaid, She loves baking, painting, and all forms of art. She delights in Nutella Toast with strawberries and enjoys watching the TV series Stranger Things. Mosquitos bother her due to their itchy bites.
Gabby Brilz
Gabby is a 6th grader and is in choir. It is her first year performing in SHTAP and she earned the part of Veruca Salt. Gabby would like to thank her family and send a special thanks out to her mom for her always being there and cheering her on.
Bennett Brousseau
This year is Bennett’s first year with Sleepy Hollow. He enjoys orchestra, singing, playing guitar, and spending time with friends and family. This fall he will start middle school and is looking forward to getting involved in the drama program, golf, and track teams.
Emma Childers
Emma will be a Freshman this Fall. She loves performing on stage, which first started with dance when she was three. She has been in several productions in the last few years, three were school performances at Wachter Middle School and this is her second production at Sleepy Hollow.
Ahria Colby
Ahria plays Nigel in Matilda, she is eleven years old and will be a sixth garden at Wachter. Ahria has played piano for 2 years. This will be her second year in theater. Her Favorite color is Aqau and she loves Basketball.
Emilee Dasovick
Emilee, a 9th grader at SMCHS, has been involved in SHTAP since the 3rd grade. She is actively involved in her school’s music program, CDCC, and received the Director’s Award in band this past year. She has three siblings and her parents are Chris and Angie Dasovick.
Jameson Dasovick
Jameson, a 6th grader at St. Mary's Academy, has been involved in SHTAP Rising Stars and Shade Tree Theater program. He participates in CDCC, ATA Martial Arts, and loves reading, being outside, and having fun.
Lily Dasovick
Lily, an 8th grader at St. Mary's Academy, has been involved in SHTAP since the 2nd grade. Her favorite SHTAP production is “Newsies.” She is involved in choir, band, and CDCC. She would like to thank her family and teachers for their support.
Kale Demello Rice
Kale will enter 7th grade this fall. He sang with Central Dakota Children’s Choir for two years. He also took ballet instruction from Northern Plains Dance for four years, performing in five productions. In his free time, he plays piano, produces horror shorts with neighbor friends, and writes music.
Shaelyn Dengel
Shaelyn, a sophomore at Century High, has been actively involved with Sleepy Hollow since 2021. She has played Sven in "Frozen Jr." and Flotsam in "The Little Mermaid Jr." Excitedly awaiting "Matilda: The Musical," she looks forward to spelling out the one thing she is: Revolting.
Reese Dever
Reese will be a sophomore this year. Outside of theatre, she enjoys art, dance, and singing. Matilda marks her sixth production overall, having previously worked with Dakota Stage, Shade Tree, and Sleepy Hollow. She is grateful to her parents and the Sleepy Hollow staff for this incredible experience.
Katherine Devney
Katherine has appeared in four Sleepy Hollow productions, and loves music and musical theater. She qualified for NDACDA Honor Choir and placed sixth in Humorous Interpretation at State Speech. Katherine thanks her Sleepy Hollow family for the experiences and support, and especially appreciates Stephanie and Susan, the heart of SHTAP.
Lily Dinger
Lily is 15 and attends CHS. You may have seen her in the SHTAP production of ‘The Little Mermaid’. Lily’s passion for singing has been recognized in several state honor choirs. Thank you to her parents, siblings, friends, and choir teachers for encouraging her to pursue her love of theater and music.
Callie Dockter
Callie will be a freshman at Legacy High School! She’s excited about being in her ninth show, and being back for her third season with SHTAP. Loving anything involving music, she would like to thank all of her directors, family, and friends for supporting her throughout her continuing musical journey.
Zofia Dostal
Zofia, a senior at Beulah High School, is making her second appearance with Sleepy Hollow. Her love of theater has grown with performances with local theater departments and her school’s drama club. Zofia would like to thank her parents for always being her biggest supporters and always encouraging her.
Alexander Fink
Xander, a rising sophomore at Century High School, has dedicated three years to his acting journey. As he prepares for his second Sleepy Hollow show, he celebrates his eighth theatrical production. Xander's passion for the stage continues to blossom, and he eagerly anticipates the opportunities that lie ahead.
Davaney Flowers
Davaney is going into the 7th grade in the fall. She enjoys kayaking, volleyball, and all outdoor activities. She is very excited to be a part of Sleepy Hollow and is looking forward to the years to come.
Annika Gaebe
Annika is an incoming junior at Century High School. This is her second production at Sleepy Hollow. She enjoys speech, soccer, student council, choir, and peer-to-peer. She would like to thank her family and teachers for always supporting and encouraging her.
Caroline Gill
Caroline, a freshman at Legacy, is thrilled for her second season with Sleepy Hollow. Last year she was in The Little Mermaid, and this summer will be in both Matilda and Willy Wonka Jr. When not on stage, Caroline can be found participating as a high school cheerleader and in the band!
Hannah Hammes
Hannah (Chad) Hammes has a passion for musical performance and has participated in various Sleepy Hollow productions displaying her talent. She will appear in Matilda the Musical as Miss Honey. She is grateful to her parents for their unwavering support, and to her friends for encouragement, advice, and inspiration.
Elizabeth Heinert
Elizabeth will be a junior at SMCHS this fall. She enjoys being a part of speech, CDCC, and theatre. You may have seen her in last year’s production of The Little Mermaid, as well as in numerous SMCHS plays. She thanks her parents and teachers for their support and guidance.
Benjamin Herrington
Ben's theatrical journey has encompassed a diverse range of productions, featuring standout performances in Frozen Jr., Madagascar, and Legally Blonde. When he's not on stage, he indulges in his interests for DND, curling, and video games. Ben extends heartfelt appreciation to his loving family and the exceptional cast members who have contributed to his success.
Andrew Hoke
Andrew will be a Sophomore at Legacy High School. He has appeared in many productions in middle school, high school, and Sleepy Hollow, including Honk! Jr., Mary Poppins, and The Little Mermaid. Andrew’s quick wit was recognized at Simle Middle School (along with two of his colleagues) by earning the Three Stooges award.
Benjamin Hoke
Ben is a Senior at Legacy Highschool this year. This is his 9th Musical and 3rd summer at Sleepy Hollow. He is excited to put on an amazing show with his freinds and cast mates this summer.
Avery Hoyt
Avery, a sophomore at Century High School, has been active in theater since first grade. She enjoys singing and is involved with multiple choir groups. She plays tennis for her high school team and gives lessons to young children. Avery would like to thank everyone for coming to the show!
Sean Hughes
Sean graduated high school this year. Matilda will be his 4th Sleepy Hollow production, following Newsies, Footloose, and Legally Blonde. Sean is excited to show his love for singing, dancing, and acting one last time at Sleepy Hollow. He plans to attend BSC and major in Theater Arts.
Sophia Jacobson
Sophia Jacobson has appeared in several local musicals. You may have seen her last summer in the Little Mermaid. Sophia loves to make art, swim, cook, and bake. Sophia would like to thank her Nana who helped her learn her audition song. Sophia will be going into 7th grade at Horizon.
Beth Jensen
Beth will be a freshman this fall and this is her third year in Sleepy Hollow. She loves to sing, bake, dance, and rock out on the drums with her Dad. When she’s not on stage, you will find her in the pool or hanging out with her friends and family.
Abigail Johnson
Abigail is an incoming freshman at Century High School. She is excited to be in her first Sleepy Hollow production. Abigail is involved in choir, volleyball, and cheerleading. She would like to thank her family for always supporting her.
De'Vyon Kehr
De'Vyon, a Junior at BHS, has a flair for singing and acting. He has showcased his skills in numerous BHS productions such as Mama Mia, Radium Girls, The Butler Did It, and Seussical. Alongside sports, fishing, hunting, and gaming, he has discovered talents in writing and playing guitar while enjoying the company of friends.
Sydney Klein
Sydney graduated from BHS and is in her second year with Sleepy Hollow. Her other interests were singing with the Central Dakota Children’s Choir, her school choir and dancing for Northern Plains Dance. She would like to thank her parents Darren and Rhea, Tom and Annette for always being a constant support.

Makenna Krukenberg
This show marks Makenna's fourth year in theater. She also enjoys writing and art, and her art skills have been recognized by the state Doodle for Google Award. When not performing, Makenna enjoys reading, playing volleyball, and playing with her cats. Makenna would like to thank her family for always supporting her.
Maria Martin
Maria will be in 7th grade at Simle Middle School this fall and it is her second time on the Sleepy Hollow stage. Last year she was in The Little Mermaid Jr. here at the park and performed in her school’s Matilda production. She is very excited to be back.
Ayms Melin
Ayms, a freshman at Shiloh Christian School, has appeared in many theatre productions. You may have seen him in Cinderella as Prince, Little Mermaid as Flounder, or Oklahoma as Slim! When not pursuing his theatrical interests, you can find Ayms on the football field, basketball court, the track, or out hunting!
Brielle Meyer
Brielle is excited to be making her debut at Sleepy Hollow. She is in 8th grade at Mandan Middle School and enjoys cheerleading, volleyball, and hanging out with her friends. She would like to express her gratitude to her family and friends for their unwavering support and for being her biggest fans.
Haley Mezger
Haley will be entering 11th grade at Century High. This is her third summer with Sleepy Hollow. She’s had a blast getting closer with her cast and crew this season. Apart from Sleepy Hollow, Haley is an active member in Century’s Drama, Choir, Debate, Speech and Student Council.
Evelynn Moracco
Evelynn will be in 6th grade this fall and is excited to make her acting debut with Sleepy Hollow. Although this will be her first time on stage, she has been active in dance, choir, band, and volleyball. She extends her thanks to her family and the team members at Sleepy Hollow.
Jessica Morris

Kennedy Ness
Kennedy, a 6th grader at Wachter with Demons of Note and Solheim Elementary ensemble experience, looks forward to her Sleepy Hollow debut. When not on stage, she participates in Aquastorm Swim Team, soccer, and volleyball, and enjoys lake time. She is grateful to music instructors, Abelardo Flores and Alyssa Peterson, and her supportive family.
August Phillips
August is going to be a junior at Century next year. Matilda marks his 3rd show with Sleepy Hollow and his 12th show ever! When not on stage, August enjoys speech, debate, student council, and choir. He would like to thank his parents, Pat and Gina, for their constant support!
Cade Pittenger
Cade is excited to be back for his 5th Sleepy Hollow production and 10th musical overall! Last year he played the sexy UPS driver “Kyle” in Legally Blonde. In his past shows at the park, he has been involved in: Madagascar Jr (King Julian) Frozen Jr (Prince Hans) and Footloose as Chuck Cranston.
Brooklynn Riedinger
Brooklynn has been doing theatre since 2021 and has appeared in two Sleepy Hollow shows. Brooklynn also participates in the Legacy High School Band and Legacy High Schools theatre department. She is very excited for the fun season ahead!
Greyson Riegel
Greyson is an incoming Freshman at Century High School. This is Greyson’s debut at Sleepy Hollow. Grey previously participated in the Horizon Middle School Productions of Pirates of Pennzance and Madagascar Junior. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, choir and he is planning to play football for Century this fall.
Hannah Routledge
Hannah is a junior at Legacy High School and is back for her second production with Sleepy Hollow! She has been in 42nd Street, The Big Bad Wolf Bros, Cinderella, Mary Poppins, and The Little Mermaid. Hannah enjoys everything music, family, and friends. She thanks her family for their support.
Eliana Riveland

Braden Roehrl
Braden, a St. Mary's High School Sophomore, is an experienced Sleepy Hollow performer, having appeared in Madagascar Jr and Frozen Jr. He enjoys Speech, Football, Track, One Act, and Jazz Choir. Braden is grateful to parents Jon and Johtona, and credits his sister Madi for inspiring his theater journey.
Madison Roehrl
Madison, a recent high school graduate, concludes her final Sleepy Hollow performance after five years with the program. Her standout role was as Anna in Frozen Jr. She is grateful to her supportive parents, Jon and Johtona, and encouraging brothers for their unwavering support throughout her journey.
Scarlett Scheet
Scarlett, an 8th grader at Horizon Middle School, has been portraying roles since preschool. Everything from, church plays, school plays/musicals and Sleepy Hollow. This is her 3rd show with Sleepy Hollow. Scarlett hopes to continue her journey with Sleepy Hollow, and would like to thank the people that have led her here.
Easton Scherr
This is Easton’s second year with SHTAP. You may have seen him in last years production of The Little Mermaid as Prince Eric. He also played the role of “Ugly” in Honk! He enjoys playing the piano, french horn, and trumpet in his free time.
Alaina Schmit
Alaina will be a 7th grader this year at Horizon Middle School. She is loving her first year with Sleepy Hollow Theatre. Alaina enjoys curling, singing, all things Harry Potter, and spending time with her three brothers. She wants to thank her family for always supporting her.
Kallyn Shirley
Kallyn will be a junior at Century High School this fall. She is the daughter of Troy and Nancy Shirley. She is actively involved in speech, choir, and theatre at Century.
Abigail Silvernagel
Abby has appeared in 11 theatre productions, two of them being at Sleepy Hollow. You may have seen her in BHS’ Mamma Mia or Sleepy Hollow’s Legally Blonde to name a couple. Thank you to the cast of Matilda for trying your best and making this a great show.
Ava Sjol
Ava is going into 7th grade at St Mary's Academy and loves to perform. She has previously been involved in Central Dakota Children's Choir, Rising stars, and performed in Little Mermaid Jr. Last year. She also has many interests including sports and learning Korean.
Ruby Skaro

Amelia Slaathaug
Amelia is enjoying her first season of musicals at Sleepy Hollow. As a sixth grader at Simle Middle School, she will be learning to play percussion this fall. She enjoys singing with CDCC, playing violin, playing volleyball, drawing, hanging with her cousins, and swimming at the lake.
Alivia Stein
Alivia Stein is returning for her third year at Sleepy Hollow. She performed 2021 and 2022 in the rising stars, and this year on the big stage as an Oompa Loompa. Alivia has been dancing with Just For kix for seven years. She started when she was three years old and has always loved performing.
Greta Sticha

Trinity Toepfer
Trinity is brand new to Dakota. Since moving here, she sang with the Children’s Choir. Back home in California, Trinity was in her school musical Carol and the Belles. Trinity will be entering the 6th grade in the fall and looks forward to future theatre productions. Trinity thanks her siblings for inspiring her.
Trace Tysver
Trace, returning for his fourth season at Sleepy Hollow, discovered his passion for theater during his sixth-grade participation in "Guys and Dolls Jr." Since then, he has been actively involved in 14 productions over five years. Noteworthy roles include Nick Bottom (A Midsummer Night’s Dream), Professor Callahan (Legally Blonde), and George Banks (Mary Poppins).
Miranda Vetter
Miranda, a CHS Freshman, brings her third Sleepy Hollow performance after engagements with Shade Tree Players and Central Dakota Children's Choir. Passionate about singing and acting, she embraces a theatrical lifestyle both on and off stage. She is grateful to her parents, grandparents, and supportive friends and family for their unwavering encouragement.
Isabella Voller
Isabella will be a junior at Shiloh Christian School. This is her 3rd show with Sleepy Hollow and was Ariel in The Little Mermaid last year. Her most recent role was Ado Annie in Shilohs Oklahoma. She's also involved in dance at NPD, One Act, Speech, and Choir.
Ryan Wagner
This is Ryan Wagner’s 3rd show at SHTAP and 14th show overall. Previously you may have seen him in: The Little Mermaid as King Triton, Frozen as Kristoff, and Mary Poppins as John Northbrook. During the School year he partakes in: Theater, Jazz Choir, Concert Choir, CDCC, and Student Council.
Brinlee Walker
Brinlee is thrilled to be making her acting debut at Sleepy Hollow Theatre, though she has appeared in many dance productions/recitals. Brinlee enjoys competing at dance competitions, being with friends/family and caring for animals. She’d like to thank her family and friends for all of their support!
Magdalene Weaver
This is Maggie’s third show with Sleepy Hollow. They are playing Hortensia and have been cast as Vivian (Legally Blonde) and urleen (Footloose) in the past. They have been in production with BHS, BSC and Dakota Stage in the past and will be entering their senior year of high school.
Kia Wickenheiser
Kia is an 8th grader at Simle middle school. This is her first time acting in a sleepy hollow show, but she has been watching the plays for as long as she can remember. Kia enjoys art, dance, singing, and theater. She appreciates her parents for always inspiring her to follow her dreams.
Annabelle Woodbury
Annabelle is an 8th grader at Horizon Middle School. This is her second year with Sleepy Hollow Summer Theater. She’s been in The Little Mermaid and Willy Wonka Jr. productions. Annabelle enjoys playing soccer, watching movies, and spending time with friends.
Isla Woodbury
Isla is an 8th grader at Horizon Middle School. It is her second year with Sleepy Hollow Theater. In the past she was in The Little Mermaid and now in Willy Wonka Jr. Isla enjoys drawing, hanging out with friends, and playing soccer.
