Amanda Perry, Director
Amanda Perry spent most of her adolescent life involved in music and community theatre here in Bismarck. She is a graduate of Drake University in Des Moines, IA, and has a BFA in Theatre Performance, with emphasis in acting, directing and design. Amanda moved back to Bismarck in hopes of inspiring and cultivating a new love of theater arts in the community she grew up in. For the last 18 years, Amanda has worked with Dakota Stage, Shade Tree Players, DWAC, Bismarck and Mandan Public Schools, Capitol Shakespeare and other organizations to educate students, train actors and directors, and create unique theatrical productions and other artistic events and opportunities.
In her career, Amanda has directed over 60 productions, including Blithe Spirit, Plaza Suite, Cemetery Club, Marcus is Walking, Things My Mother Taught Me, Noises Off, A Doll’s House Part 2, A Dusty Echo and around 40 children’s theatre plays and musicals, including many of her own adaptations of Shakespeare’s plays, such as A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Romeo and Juliet, Hamlet, King Lear, Taming of the Shrew and Two Gentlemen of Verona.
Amanda has two children, Oliver, 7, and Willow, 3, who will undoubtedly be very involved with theatre, music and art as they grow up! She would like to thank her amazing husband for all he does while she is at rehearsal! Amanda is excited to return to Sleepy Hollow, where her love of musical theatre began!
Angie Neigum, Lead Choreographer
Angie Neigum owns and operates Little Movements Dance studio in Bismarck, ND since 2015. Along with classes at the studio, she also teaches dance at local daycares and preschools. This is her first year choreographing for Sleepy Hollow and is very excited to be a part of this year's production of Little Mermaid Jr. and Rising Stars. Along with her early childhood education degree, she also holds multiple certifications in childhood dance and musical movements.
She currently resides in Bismarck with her husband and 3 daughters. She likes to craft and organize in her spare time.
Madeline Neigum, Assistant Choreographer for Little Mermaid Jr and Rising Stars
Madeline is a recent graduate of Bismarck High School where she was a varsity Demonette for 4 years. She has been dancing and competing since she was 2 years old. Currently she is a teacher at Little Movements Dance as well as an instructor for NDA. (National Dance Alliance)
She spends her summers traveling all over the country teaching dance to high school students.
She is very excited to be a part of Sleepy Hollow!
Alexis Nicole Thompson, Atina/Sea Chorus
Alexis Thompson, a fourteen year old from Bismarck, is a self-proclaimed “theatre nerd”, enjoying all things Broadway, from dancing to singing and acting. Alexis has a long history of stage work, including most recently being the Student Choreographer of Pirates of Penzance Jr. at Horizon Middle School, walking as a runway model for New York Fashion Week 2021 and being crowned the Princess of America in 2020. Alexis is grateful for the opportunity to perform with Sleepy Hollow and to be part of both shows this season.
Andrew Hoke, Grimsby/Sea Creature
Andrew Hoke is a Freshman at Legacy High school. His previous musical experiences include The 3 Fractured pigs, Aesop's Oh so Slightly updated Fables, and Drake in Honk! Jr. He also enjoys participating in Band, Choir, and CDCC Choir.
Anna LeMoine, Princess 4/Jellyfish/Lagoon Animal
Anna will be a freshman at Legacy High School in the fall. This is her third production with Sleepy Hollow, and she has been involved in plays and musicals with Bismarck Public Schools. Anna was a three-year member of the Simle Singers and Swing Choir; last year she performed with the Northwest Festival Honor Choir, All-State Honor Choir, and Midwest Regional ACDA Honor Choir in Chicago.
Annabelle Woodbury, Sea Creature/Sailor/Lagoon Animal
Annabelle Woodbury is going into 7th grade this year. She has been in Rising Stars and this will be her first year as a performer in Sleepy Hollow Summer Theater. She loves pizza and her cat Bruce Wayne.
August Phillips, Scuttle/Seagull/Sea Creature
August Phillips is going to be a Sophomore at Century High and Little Mermaid Jr. is his second show with Sleepy Hollow. He has participated in many choirs, honor choirs, and as much theatre as he can at Century High including being a part of the State A One-Act Play where Century High took 1st Place. He hopes you enjoy the show and the beautiful park!
Ava Sjol, Seahorse/Bass/Lagoon Animal
Ava Sjol will be a 6th grader at St Mary's Academy this fall. Ava is an adventurous, spunky person who is always up for new adventures. Theater and music are a big part of her life and bring her great joy.
Avery Hoyt, Andrina/Sea Chorus
Avery will be a freshman at Century High School in the fall. She began acting at age 7, and has almost a dozen performances on her resume. Avery enjoys singing, playing tennis, and reading.
Avery Wurtz, Arista/Sea Chorus
This will be Avery’s second year with Sleepy Hollow, as she was in Frozen jr. last year. Avery is involved in theater and choir at Legacy. She would like to thank her family for supporting her and Sleepy Hollow for giving her this great opportunity.
Ayms Melin, Flounder/Sea Creature
Ayms is an 8th grader at Shiloh Christian School. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and sports! Ayms discovered his enjoyment of theater while being in his school musical, Cinderella.
Bethany Jensen, Princess 1/Sea Creature/Lagoon Animal
Bethany Jensen is an 8th grader at Simle and this is her second year in Sleepy Hollow. She loves to sing, bake, dance, and rock out on the drums with her Dad. When she’s not on stage, you will find her in the pool or hanging out with her friends and family.
Bridget Maloney, Princess 2/Jellyfish/Lagoon Animal
Bridget Maloney is excited to be performing for her second summer at Sleepy Hollow. Bridget will be an 8th grader at Mandan Middle School and loves music, especially singing for the CDCC’s Kantorei and playing clarinet for the MMS band and Marching Braves. She has two siblings, Meghan and Henry, and a dog, Sam.
Brooklynn Riedinger, Sea Creature/Chef/Lagoon Animal
Brooklynn Riedinger will be a Freshman at Legacy High School this year. She's active in theatre, dance, choir, and band. This is her 2nd summer with Sleepy Hollow and has done 2 productions with Simle Middle School.
Callie Dockter, Sax/Chef/Lagoon Animal
Callie Dockter is excited to be returning for her second season with Sleepy Hollow. She has a love for music and theater and is looking forward to another great production this year.
Caroline Gill, Sea Creature/Seagull/Lagoon Animal
Caroline will be an 8th grader this year at Simle. When she's not at Sleepy Hollow, Caroline is a figure skater with Capital Ice Syncro and as an individual skater. In her free time she loves being with her friends, camping and being a big sister.
Charlee Beto, Sailor/Seagull/Sea Creature/Lagoon Animal
Charlee Beto is 14 years old and is excited to attend Legacy HS as a Freshman in the fall. She really enjoys piano, dance and theatre - this being her 7th show! Sleepy Hollow has become her favorite summertime activity, especially after the fun production of Frozen Jr. last year.
Davaney Flowers, Sea Creature/Chef/Lagoon Animal
Davaney is going into the 6th grade in the fall. She enjoys kayaking, volleyball, and all outdoor activities. She is very excited to be apart of the shade tree players and is looking forward to the years to come.
De'Vyon Kehr, Chef Louis/Sea Creature
De’Vyon Kehr is 15 and will be entering his Sophomore year at Bismarck High School.
He is an amazing singer and actor and participated in the BHS Seussical and Radium Girls. His hobbies include sports, fishing, hunting, and has this last year uncovered a talent in writing and playing guitar. He especially loves jamming out to Michael Jackson.
Easton Scherr, Prince Eric/Sea Creature
Easton Scherr will be an 8th grader at Simle Middle School. He has performed in several Simle theater productions, cast as Ugly in Honk Jr, and a Shade Tree production. This is Easton’s first performance in Sleepy Hollow.
Elizabeth Heinert, Andrina/Sea Chorus
Elizabeth is a sophomore at St. Mary's Central High School. She is active in a variety of fine arts activities, which includes CDCC, speech, and drama.
Emelia Koch, Atina/Sea Chorus
Emelia is happy to be a part of her 3rd Sleepy Hollow musical. She enjoys traveling and hanging out with her friends. She will be a sophomore at SMCHS in the fall and would like to thank her family and friends for encouraging her and making memories at Sleepy Hollow each summer.
Emilee Dasovick, Aquata/Sea Chorus
Emilee Dasovick will begin her 8th grade year at St. Mary’s Academy in the fall, and has participated in Sleepy Hollow Theatre as a Rising Star for three years being a part of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Newsies, and Frozen Jr. She has been an active member of Central Dakota Children’s Choir for five years, was honored to be a part of the 2021-2022 ACDA honor choir and NDNBA All-state band, and enjoys singing, playing the piano and clarinet, and loves to read a lot! She is the oldest of four children and is the daughter of Chris and Angie Dasovick.
Emma Childers, Plaice/Lagoon Animal
Emma Childers will be an eighth grader at Wachter Middle School. She loves performing, she has performed in a couple of school productions and this is her first year with Sleepy Hollow.
Grace Karls, Aquata/Sea Chorus
Grace Karls is a sophomore at Saint Mary’s Central High School. She enjoys singing, acting, baking, and art. This is Grace’s first show with Sleepy Hollow.
Haley Mezger, Ariel/Sea Chorus
Haley will be entering 10th grade, attending Century High School. She has been in theater for two years, this will be her 3rd musical and her 5th show in total. Outside of musical theater, she participates in her school dance team, tennis team, and speech team, as well as choir, orchestra, and student council. She’s very excited to be playing the role of Ariel this year at SHTAP, but beyond the show she has gotten to make new friendships and perform as a leader throughout the making of this production.
Hannah Routledge, Adella/Sea Chorus
“The Little Mermaid Jr.” is Hannah’s debut production with Sleepy Hollow, but in the past, she has been a part of the musicals “42nd Street” and “Cinderella.” She will be a sophomore at Legacy High School and enjoys choir, playing piano, ukulele, violin, and volleyball. She would like to thank her older cousin, Rachel, for introducing her to theater and for being her inspiration throughout the years, and her family for always supporting her.
Isabella Voller, Ariel/Sea Chorus
Isabella, an upcoming sophomore at Shiloh, is excited to perform as Ariel in her second summer at Sleepy Hollow. She has been involved in musical theater since the age of 7 and her favorite roles have been Young Elsa in "Frozen Jr," Golde in "Fiddler on the Roof Jr," and most recently Ermengarde in "Hello Dolly." In addition to theater, Isabella loves dancing at Northern Plains Dance, singing with CDCC, and stays active with other fine arts programs at her school.
Isla Woodbury, Fluke/Sailor/Lagoon Animal
Isla Woodbury will be a 7th grader this fall. She started her Sleepy Hollow career last year in Rising Stars and is excited to be a part of her first full production with The Little Mermaid this summer. She loves hanging out with friends, family, and her cat Bruce Wayne.
Jadon Banks, Sebastian/Sailor
Jadon Banks is an 8th grader at Wachter Middle School. He has participated in their drama club for two years. One of his favorite things to do is collect comic books!
Jasper Fowler, Jetsam
Jasper Fowler is 15 years old and going into his sophomore year of high school. This is his 2nd year with Sleepy Hollow and his 10th year doing theatre. Last year he played Olaf in Frozen Jr. Outside of theatre, Jasper enjoys Singing, diving, being outside, hanging out with friends, and his cat, Gus.
Kallyn Shirley, Arista/Sea Chorus
Kallyn will be a sophomore at Century HIgh School this fall. She is the daughter of Troy and Nancy Shirley. She is actively involved in speech, choir, and theatre at Century.
Katherine Devney, Princess 3/Sea Creature/Lagoon Animal
Katherine Devney, an 8th grader at St. Mary’s Academy, started participating in Sleepy Hollow Theater as a Rising Star in Newsies. Last summer she starred as one of the Young Elsas in Frozen, Jr. Ever since she was little, she has loved music and musicals. This past year, she gained experience with NDACDA Honor Choirs and Speech, qualifying for state in both. This is her third show with Sleepy Hollow.
Katie Ragan, Allana/Sea Chorus
Katie Ragan is a sophomore at Century High school. Her parents are Matthew and Michelle Ragan. She was involved in all three theater productions last year and the Encore jazz choir.
Kylah Anderson, Pilot/Sea Creature/Lagoon Animal
Kylah Anderson will be an 8th grader at Simle Middle School next year. She has been in Shade Tree players for five years, and this is her first show with Sleepy Hollow. Besides theater, she participates in school choir, CDCC, and orchestra.
